Catherine Howard
Catherine Howard is in her first year as an undergraduate student at
Stanford University. Originally from Seattle, Washington, she spent
many years working as a tutor and mentor to preschool through high
school students. Catherine plans on majoring in International
Relations with a focus on African and African American studies.
Fagan Harris
Fagan Harris is a Junior at Stanford University majoring in American
Studies. He is currently writing his thesis out of the School of
Education on cultural congruency between schools and communities.
Fagan worked at the Anne Arundel County Board of Education for two
summers writing English curriculum. He has also participated in
Ravenswood Reads in East Palo Alto.
Justina Grayman
Justina Grayman is a Junior at Stanford University majoring in
Psychology. She is originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, where she
was her high school valedictorian and was involved in gymnastics,
track and field, and community service. Justina has recently been a
tutor in East Palo Alto, where she is trying to initiate an in-school
service-learning program. She is the current Vice-President of the
Black Psychology Students' Association.
